Key Responsibilities
SailPoint Product Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams business units and external vendors.
Demonstrated experience in leading stakeholder discussions and presenting solutions effectively.
SailPoint Design & Implementation
Architect and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions to meet the organizations IAM requirements.
Configure and customize SailPoint components workflows certifications roles and policies.
Develop and maintain integrations between SailPoint and other systems (e.g. Active Directory HR systems ticketing systems etc.).
Design role-based

control (RBAC) policy governance and automated provisioning solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Present technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvements.
Conduct workshops training and documentation sessions for internal teams and end-users.
Technical Execution
Perform system testing debugging and validation to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint deployment.
Provide subject matter expertise in integrating SailPoint with other IAM tools like Okta CyberArk etc.
Compliance & Security
Ensure the IAM solutions align with compliance frameworks such as GDPR HIPAA SOX etc.
Implement and monitor IAM policies to improve security posture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
Proven experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions.
Proficiency in Java BeanShell PowerShell and XML for customization and scripting.
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including user provisioning lifecycle management RBAC and SOD.
Familiarity with directory services (e.g. LDAP Active Directory) and databases (e.g. Oracle MySQL).
Experience with APIs connectors and integrations for system interconnectivity.
Experience
5 years of hands-on experience in IAM solutions with at least 3 years focused on SailPoint.
Previous experience in implementing IAM for large-scale enterprise environments.
