Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Fort Worth Texas
Job Description:
- Design and development of machining fixtures turning fixtures and sheet metal tools.
- Lead the implementation of tooling from concept through production including cost estimation scheduling and supplier coordination.
- Resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage industrialization projects using internal and external resources.
- Create and manage project plans budgets and technical documentation including Statements of Work (SOW).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASME Y14.5 ISO 9000 AS9100 and AS9145 APQP.
- Contribute to process design and manufacturing system change proposals.
- Utilize digital tools for Visual Work Instructions Visual Inspection and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
- 6 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and tool design.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 and Enovia PLM.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 Digital Manufacturing and Robotic Automation.
- Experience with digital systems such as MES and visual inspection tools.
