Job Description
Role: Technical Delivery Lead (Telecom and OSS)
Location: Calgary AB
Contract
- 12 years of experience in technical delivery
- Telecom Experience is a Must Knowledge of Cable Network OSS BSS TMForum API
- 5 yrs of experience in AWS is a must
- Ability to manage complex integration projects with partners at scale
- Ability to drive conversations with customer and drive efficiencies at scale
- Ability to mentor the team and capability to technically design and navigate through challenges
- Experience of managing and handling technical teams up-to 10 team members
- Work with the project manager to cascade important information to the team members
- Should be adept at reporting technical status of the project and highlight the main dependencies
- Ability to manage risks and define mitigation strategies for them along with the Project Manager
- Drive technical communication across various teams vendors stakeholders and be the technical anchor of the project
- Ability to close the open ended questions and ability to conclude and reach to logical consensus in case of technical conflicts.
- Be open minded to feedback and help enable teams achieve maximum technical potential by creating a supportive team environment that fosters productivity.
