Roles and Responsibilities:
Working with the Closure team at Lucid is a challenging but exciting space to be in within the organization! Within this role there is high visibility into new product launches and the ability to offer your knowledge and expertise.
Required Skills:
Top 3 Hard Skills Required Years of Experience
- 5 years of expertise in transportation industry Closures systems and sub-systems at an OEM or supplier is desired.
- Experience designing and working with manufacturers to create parts and assemblies using high-volume manufacturing processes typically found in world class automotive environment.
- Experience working with Class A surface data.
Preferred Skills:
Candidates should be able to speak on previous design work they have done in the automotive space.
Ability to speak on CATIA language and functions.
Candidate Requirements:
Years of Experience Required: 5 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: 2 or 4-year technical degree in a relevant discipline from ABET accredited institution or equivalent desired.

Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain candidates who meet all qualifications for this role and have experience with automotive design work.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.
