Job Description
Location: 811 Commerce Road Staunton VA 24401 (Need someone local or within commutable distance)
Interview Type: Both Phone and In Person
Work Location: Onsite
- Respond to Tier 1 3 network support requests.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and end-users of varying technical levels.
- Address all break/fix requests related to network resources.
- Design network extensions and campus network connections.
- Configure and deploy new or replacement network hardware and communication infrastructure.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and network architecture diagrams.
- Maintain accurate inventory and maintenance records.
- Monitor network performance and traffic anomalies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-to-resource connection issues.
- Document all network changes in detail.
- Support ITS Field Maintenance with network implementation and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to cybersecurity control improvements and threat mitigation efforts.
- Participate in threat hunting activities.
- Manage time and prioritize resources effectively under constraints.
- Cisco Routing and Switching 5 Years
