Job Description

Title: Production Support Analyst

Location: Jersey City NJ (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description:

4 to 7 years of experience in production support application support
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and command-line tools.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis (Oracle MySQL or PostgreSQL).
Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow JIRA Remedy etc.
Knowledge of job schedulers like Autosys Control-M or similar tools.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk AppDynamics Nagios Grafana etc.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 support environment.
Basic scripting skills (Shell Python or PowerShell).
Experience with cloud environments like AWS Azure or GCP.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus.
