Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for Azure Services Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Manage and support the Oracle Cloud VMware Solution and related virtualized technologies ensuring operational excellence.
- Administer and support the Microsoft 365 Online Services suite including SharePoint Online and OneDrive to ensure seamless collaboration and data access for users.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of performance problems within the cloud service environments.
- Support cloud service projects and operations collaborating with staff to meet institutional goals.
- Provide clear and effective communication to technical teams and business staff regarding the status of cloud services and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience providing support for Azure Services.
- Demonstrated expertise with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Hands-on experience managing and supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Proficiency with VMware Cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of administering Microsoft 365 enterprise applications specifically SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
