Handle customer inquiries via phone chat or email in Portuguese
Assist customers with travel-related requests: bookings changes cancellations etc.
Deliver accurate fast and friendly support to international clients
Log cases and updates in CRM systems
Cooperate with your team to meet performance goals and SLAs
Portuguese C1 fluency (spoken and written)
English B1 level for internal communication
Minimum 6 months of call center experience preferred
Graduates only
Willingness to work rotational shifts (24/7 coverage)
Must be able to work onsite in Maadi Technology Park Cairo
27600 EGP net/month
