Job Description
Job Description: General Laborer
We are seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining buildings particularly in an apartment complex or for a property management company. As a General Laborer you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure that our buildings are well-maintained and in good condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping mopping and dusting
- Paint walls ceilings and other surfaces as needed
- Caulk windows doors and other areas to prevent leaks and drafts
- Perform landscaping and snow removal duties as required
- Assist with general construction labor tasks
- Perform apartment turns to prepare units for new tenants
- Conduct apartment trash outs to remove unwanted items and debris
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Laborer in maintaining buildings particularly in an apartment complex or for a property management company
- Proficient in cleaning painting caulking landscaping snow removal general construction labor apartment turns and apartment trash outs
- Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle to transport themselves to and from work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
