Take Charge of Field Operations Lead Manage Succeed.
This is a unique leadership opportunity for you experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to manage the onsite activities of multiple commercial roofing projects across central Indiana.
This is your chance to run the show on the ground driving production quality and safety standards across the companys key projects.

The Role
Youll coordinate between field crews customers and project management to ensure smooth project delivery from mobilization to completion. As a senior leader in the business youll oversee daily site operations represent the company at progress meetings and complete performance reviews for your team. Your decisions and leadership will directly impact project success.
About You
- Experience installing single-ply membrane roof assemblies
- Proven ability to drive safe productive work environments
