Position Overview:
Were seeking a skilled and customer-orientedService Advisorto join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) or has prior experience in a dealership service environment. If youre passionate about cars thrive in a fast-paced setting and love helping people this could be the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs in a professional manner
Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service and repairs
Act as a liaison between technicians and customers ensuring transparent communication
Maintain strong knowledge of Toyota products and services
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Schedule appointments and manage repair orders efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience as a Service Advisor especially in a Toyota or other automotive dealership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus (we use reynolds)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
