The AWS Cloud Logistics team seeks an experienced Supply Chain professional to join our Florence KY location. In this role youll manage transportation operations for one of the worlds fastest-growing industries while driving continuous improvement projects to optimize our operations. Thrive on analyzing complex data sets and translating them into actionable business insights particularly using advanced Excel formulas and data visualization

Key job responsibilities
Partner with external Logistics Service Providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
Extract and analyze data from multiple databases to monitor business performance and generate actionable insights
Create and distribute key performance metrics to drive strategic business decisions
Demonstrate quick analytical thinking to assess business trends and make data-driven decisions
Lead root cause analysis initiatives to optimize Amazons transportation operations and eliminate inefficiencies
Collaborate across Supply Chain teams to develop and implement standardized solutions
Effectively manage time-sensitive deliverables while maintaining high quality standards
Spearhead medium to large-scale projects from conception to completion ensuring alignment with business objectives

- 3 years of supply chain forecasting manufacturing sourcing/procurement or vendor management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Proven experience in multi-modal transportation operations (ground air and ocean)

- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
