Description
Job Duties:
- Must be able to operate hand and power tools such as pneumatic drills pneumatic drivers wrenches etc
- Must be proficient in reading a tape measure
- Must be able to operate a forklift and pallet jack
- Must be able to receive instructions and corrections from department lead supervisor and manager
- Must be able to communicate production issues with department lead and supervisor
- Must learn part numbers of components of equipment being manufactured
- Must be able to work with other team members to accomplish manufacturing goals
- Provide help to other team members when needed
- Must be able to take initiative and perform processes without having to be instructed to do so
- Must be able to use a computer to clock production labor for assigned jobs
- May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Education level of high school or equivalent
- Must be able to read and understand measuring devices
- Ability to read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
- Must be physically fit for lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend kneel stoop
- Experience with high power tools preferred
- Previous experience working in industrial manufacturing facility preferred
- Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance is a must
- Ability to be exposed to shop elements such as noise dust odors and chemicals
