Learning/OD Analyst II
Responsibilities:
- Performing user-related tasks in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS including curriculum assignment forced completion of content objects and assignment of alternate job codes.
- Providing frontline e-learning tech support to users.
- Diagnosing issues and selecting the right mitigation escalating when needed.
- Communicating professionally with users experiencing technical issues.
- Recording information on each incident for the purpose of identifying trends.
- Updating knowledge articles based on evolving information.
- Proactively sharing concerns with team and making recommendations where appropriate.
- Working with corporate LMS team for system issues and updates.
- Building curricula items and content objects in the LMS.
- Supervise team of 6
- Interact directly with the client.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
2 or more year of E-Learning tech support experience.

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage voluntary dental and vision programs life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $67-77k annually.
