Job Description:
This project will provide ongoing research support on honor fame and reputation while also providing critical management help for 100 Days of Dante.
My current research is aimed at reviving reputation as a discrete category for moral theology through substantive interaction with Scripture contemporary philosophy psychology and sociology and ancient and medieval theology and literature. This person will provide direct research organizational and editorial support which could include: (a) providing research briefs (b) reading and editing essays and chapter drafts and (c) preparing grant proposals.
In addition this person will provide management support for 100 Days of Dante the Honors Colleges effort to generate public interest in Dantes Divine Comedy. This will include social media marketing for the project (see Twitter/FB/Instagram @100daysofdante for examples) staying current on email inquiries organizing video shoots for it and brainstorming additional marketing opportunities.
Key Components:
-Contributing to ongoing research on honor fame and reputation in moral theology philosophy and literature
- Prepare research briefs on subjects such as accusations and Title IX policies/procedures suspicion in Gregory of Nyssa reputation in Dantes Divine Comedy etc.
- Manage 100 Days of Dante email account and social media responding to inquiries as necessary
- Keep social media active
