Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Representative / Applications to join a global critical power company based in New York.
Were looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support sales efforts across critical power products and services including UPS power conditioning and backup generation. This role is the technical backbone of the sales process engaging with clients preparing proposals and coordinating technical solutions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales efforts across critical power products and services including UPS power conditioning and backup generation
- Act as the technical point of contact for sales opportunities.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored power solutions.
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals for multi-MW projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver complete bid packages.
- Support sales events product demos and workshops.
- Maintain CRM and assist in sales forecasting.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
- Office-based in Middletown NY with occasional travel to client sites and events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience Technical Sales Engineer Sales Representative Outside Sales Engineer Area Sales Manager Applications Engineer or similar.
- Bachelors in electrical engineering preferred; equivalent technical education considered.
- Minimum 35 years experience in technical sales or support within the electrical/power sector.
- Knowledge of UPS systems or critical power infrastructure a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
