What will you work on
Reporting to the Program OCM Lead the OCM Manager will develop and execute the plans for change management activities in collaboration with other members of the OCM team assessing change readiness managing business impacts and mitigation strategies as well as effectively communicating change. The OCM approach includes a high degree of executive and stakeholder engagement and will require a great deal of experience with communication and presentation delivery.
As such the candidate should be proficient in assessing organizational cultures capabilities and alignment to effectively tailor change management approaches.
This role will be focused primarily on Melissa & Doug and US change implementation for the ShERPa transformation program and will support overall OCM activities for the program.
