About the Role
Aubree Le Chocolatier is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to lead sales across the HoReCa (Hotels Restaurants Cafs) gifting and foodservice segments. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands premium positioning and thrives on creating tailored chocolate and dessert solutions for hospitality and institutional clients.
What Youll Do
- Drive business development across hotels premium cafs fine-dining restaurants and gourmet food retailers
- Pitch customized chocolate solutions for dessert menus minibar offerings turn-down services and welcome gifts
- Identify and close gifting opportunities with hospitality groups event venues and catering companies
- Collaborate with chefs procurement heads and F&B teams to design offerings that align with their service experience
- Coordinate with design and production teams for custom packaging and bulk fulfillment
- Maintain CRM track sales metrics and provide regular reporting
- Represent Aubree at hospitality expos tastings and B2B events
You Bring
- 35 years of experience in HoReCa or foodservice sales preferably with a premium or gourmet brand
- Strong understanding of the hospitality ecosystem and buyer decision cycles
- Consultative selling style with strong relationship management skills
- A sharp eye for detail presentation and service-driven thinking
- CRM and lead pipeline management experience preferred
