About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager with PPC execution skills to join our performance marketing team. This role is a hybrid of client servicing and hands-on PPC campaign management. Youll serve as the key point of contact for clients manage reporting and communication and ensure campaigns are effectively executed and optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
- Lead regular client calls share performance updates and manage expectations
- Plan execute and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads Bing Meta etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
- Identify growth opportunities upsell where appropriate
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate closely with design analytics and strategy teams
Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in a digital agency or similar setup
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads is a must)
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
- Proficiency in Google Analytics Google Tag Manager is a plus
- Detail-oriented organized and deadline-driven
