Graduate Investor Onboarding and Financial Crime Prevention
Location: Basildon
Start Date: September/ October 2025
Join our Graduate Programme
As a Graduate in our Investor Onboarding Financial Crime Prevention and Registration Team you will gain a deep understanding of our anti money laundering know your customer and registration processes. Youll work closely with the wider business and leadership team helping deliver exceptional client service while developing your own leadership skills. This is a hands-on role that will evolve as you grow in confidence and capability with the longer-term aim of taking on more responsibility as a future people leader.
What you will do:
- Develop an understanding of AML/KYC and registration operations
- Support the day-to-day work of your team while identifying areas for improvement
- Work closely with line managers to ensure SLAs and KPIs are being met
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different operational areas
- Begin to lead and influence your peer group with a view to developing team leadership capabilities
What were looking for:
- Degree Requirement: 2:2 or above in any discipline (Business Law Finance or Management-related degrees desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Decision-making ability and a natural inclination toward leadership
- Team-building and problem-solving skills
- A genuine interest in operations compliance or process management
Learning and development:
In your first 612 months youll begin by learning the core processes and systems while being gradually introduced to leadership tasks. Over time youll move from day-to-day operational involvement to leading small aspects of team coordination preparing you for future team leader opportunities

- Opportunities to rotate across different areas within the FCP team
- A clear career progression pathway for the right individual after you 18 24 month programme is completed
