Salary: 35000 per annum

Our client a successful and respected local independent estate and letting agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their busy office in Ashtead.
This is a full-service property management role involving all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle offering the opportunity to work within a supportive and professional team.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage tenancies from move-in to check-out
- Handle maintenance issues and property inspections
- Conduct mid-term property visits and arrange repairs
- Ensure compliance with lettings legislation
- Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous residential property management experience is essential
- Solid understanding of lettings procedures and legislation
- ARLA qualification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong telephone manner and administrative skills
- Highly organized with good time management
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
