Hotel Gotham is coming to Newcastle and its not just opening a restaurant its setting the stage. Were bringing 5-star flair dramatic style and a bold new energy to the city centre with our first-ever luxury hotel here. Now we need a Restaurant Manager to take the spotlight.

Set in the iconic Old Fire Station our restaurant is a moody glamorous destination that fuses early 20th-century charm with contemporary cuisine sourced from top local producers. This is no ordinary job its a leading role in an experience thats all about wow.
What Youll Do:
Run the show from daily ops to team vibe
Lead and inspire a passionate front-of-house team
Create unforgettable guest experiences (VIPs and all)
Work closely with the kitchen to serve brilliance on every plate
Own everything from rotas to reservations and events
Keep standards sky-high and service seamless
