Company: Guided Energy
Title: Founding SDR & Market Launcher (French Italian or German markets)
Location: Ideally Paris (in-person preferred) remote possible
Industry: Transportation / AI / B2B SaaS
Product: AI agents for fleets and logistics companies that automate high-friction communication (calls emails texts) using LLMs
Team: 5 core team members including the founders; expanding with region-specific SDRs
Role:
Guided Energy is hiring a Founding SDR & Market Launcher fluent in French German and Italian to help launch and scale their go-to-market motion across new European markets. Youll be the first SDR hire for your region and take full ownership of lead generation and top-of-funnel efforts. Ideally located in Paris but open for remote!
Verticals: Transportation logistics and fleet operators (e.g. Addison Lee SMB hauliers)
Buyer Persona: Dispatch teams operations managers subcontractor coordinators
Sales Motion:
Fully outbound
100 cold calls/day
Region-specific lead generation
Channels: phone-first also texts and emails
Deal Size:
SMB: 1K/month
Mid-market: 2K/month
Enterprise: TBD
Sales Cycle: Rapid closes within days or weeks
Scope: From lead sourcing to demo booked
Progression: Clear path to AE and regional lead roles own pipeline run demos close deals help scale the GTM playbook

Whats Unique:
Recently pivoted from EV fleet software to AI-based communications automation
Tech adapts to legacy workflows no change needed for customers
Founders validated the product and sales scripts through thousands of cold calls themselves
Real use case from 23K daily manual touchpoints at existing clients

Must Haves:
Native-level French (Paris) German or Italian
Comfortable with 100 cold calls/day
High energy commercial ambition and self-starter mindset
Willing to work in-person (Paris) or fully remotely with independence
Desire to grow beyond SDR role into AE or market lead

Nice to Haves:
Previous SDR experience ideally outbound
Startup exposure
Hustle: side projects or cold outreach examples
Degree
Interest in logistics or AI

Compensation:
France & Italy: 45K55K base 20K30K OTE
Germany: 55K60K base OTE
Career path with comp growth toward AE / Market Lead
