About the Role:

Based at our beautiful The Gracewood Community this exciting opportunity will see you interacting with people regularly so a friendly positive attitude and strong customer service skills are paramount. Flexible availability is required from Monday through Friday with shifts varying between the hours of 9am and 3pm.

• Prepare amazing coffee with your barista skills
• Prepare and serve delicious food and drinks with a smile.
• Take orders and operate the point-of-sale terminal and EFTPOS machine
• Maintain a clean and safe caf environment ensuring all equipment is in top condition
• Maintaining service area to food safety standards

About You:

Our ideal candidate will be a qualified Barista and have all round caf experience - front of house and back of house. You should have a warm and welcoming disposition and empathy for older people along with a genuine alignment to BaptistCares purpose vision and values. You will need to be available for shifts Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm.
