Account Manager (Hybrid) Insurance Agency
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite Monday & Friday remote) - Maple Shade NJ
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $55000$100000 (Based on experience and role level)
Were hiring an Account Manager to join a growing client-focused insurance agency that prides itself on culture mentorship and career development. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of agency experience and a P&C license looking to take the next step in their career.
We are open to hiring either:
Account Manager 1 ideal for someone in the early stages of their AM career ($55K$70K)
Account Manager 2 for more experienced professionals closer to an AE level (up to $100K)
What Youll Be Doing
Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned commercial accounts
Process endorsements policy changes and general servicing tasks
Support the Account Executive while managing a portion of accounts independently
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Participate in a growth track toward an AE-level role
What Were Looking For
2 years of insurance agency experience (must be client-facing)
Active P&C License
Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills
EPIC experience preferred but not required
A team player who values professional development
