Fargo Country Club is looking for a part-time Pool Kitchen Cook!
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour BOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cookfood items according to club recipes and standards.
- Assist with food prepsuch as chopping portioning and organizing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including grills fryers prep stations and storage areas.
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented correctlywith attention to quality and appearance.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards including proper handling and storage of food.
- Stock and restockingredients and supplies as needed to keep service running smoothly.
- Work closely with other team membersto ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy pool hours.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Perform cleaning dutiessuch as washing dishes cleaning equipment and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Engage with members and guests in a friendly professional manner if needed at the poolside window.
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Strong work ethic reliability and a positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Team playerwho communicates well and works well with others.
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices(ServSafe certification a plus).
Ability to stand for extended periods lift up to 30 pounds and work in warm conditions.
Flexible schedule must be available to work weekends holidays and peak summer hours.
