LeeSar/CSF is seeking a visionary and results-driven Executive Director of Distribution to lead and optimize our supply chain logistics and distribution operations. As the Executive Director of Distribution you will lead optimize and revolutionize supply chain operations to ensure hospitals receive the right products at the right time and cost.
What Youll Do:
Spearhead warehouse logistics and transportation strategies across multiple healthcare distribution functions.
Innovate processes that maximize efficiency cost-effectiveness and performance.
Direct inventory control and supply optimization across the system.
Lead and inspire a high-performing distribution team with mentorship and development opportunities.
Build collaborative vendor and hospital relationships to improve service delivery.
Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA FDA AAMI) and mitigate supply chain risk.
Develop and manage operational budgets to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field required; Masters Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in supply chain management preferably within healthcare or a similarly regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain warehouse and distribution processes with experience in advanced logistics and inventory systems.
