Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for problem-solving and providing exceptional customer support Were looking for an IT Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role you will provide hands-on technical support and training to users across our organization. The IT Specialist is key in resolving help desk tickets troubleshooting systems and supporting both day-to-day tech operations and long-term initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of networking excellent customer service skills and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include addressing escalated support issues diagnosing Microsoft and network-related problems and collaborating with the IT team to enhance system functionality.
This is a non-exempt hourly position reporting to the IT Manager.

What will my day-to-day responsibilities look like
As an Information Technology Specialist youll be the go-to resource for end-user support across the organization! Youll manage incoming support requests via phone email or remote tools working hands-on to troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues. From configuring computers phones and printers to managing user accounts and password resets youll ensure that systems are functional secure and used effectively.
Youll take ownership of support tickets in the help desk system escalating complex issues when needed and delivering clear helpful service with consistent follow-up. In this role youll also provide training create documentation and explain technical processes in simple terms to non-technical users.
Your ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing will be essential along with the flexibility to travel occasionally within Missouri and perform physical tasks such as moving office equipment. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems enjoys supporting others and is ready to contribute to a dynamic IT environment.
