The Lourdes University Office of the President seeks a Scheduler and Administrative Coordinator to support and provide timely and accurate information used in the planning of the Presidents daily on and off campus schedule. This position directly supports the President and works closely with the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President and Provost. The Scheduler and Administrative Coordinator acts as the front-line greeter for guests to the Presidents Office and is responsible for communication from the Presidents Office to the University Community Cabinet and Board of Trustees. This position will work in a fast-paced highly visible department that requires an expertise in handling sensitive and highly confidential information.
