Job Description
Overview
The maintenance division is currently seeking a qualified individual to direct and oversee all functions of the department associated with Automotive Mill Shop Paint and Sign Electrical and Plumbing shops
Responsibilities
You will keep the park running and the smiles coming!
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Experience in leading team with projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Strong motivational leadership and team building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals through motivation and delegation.
- Good organizational skills creative outgoing detail oriented and self-motivator.
- An enthusiastic professional and positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
- Valid CA driver license.
- Ability to operate a variety of equipment (cleaning equipment tractor sweeper truck etc.)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
