Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role you will play a key part in the successful planning execution and delivery of marketing and design projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and is passionate about helping ideas come to life through precise coordination and clear communication.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate multiple projects from initiation through completion
Track project progress and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
Communicate effectively with internal teams clients and external vendors
Assist in resource planning and scheduling
Monitor project risks and support mitigation strategies
Organize meetings prepare agendas and document action items
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role (preferably in marketing design or creative industries)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello or )
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field preferred
