Job Description
Job Summary:
Review and scrutinize customer enquiry and prepare technical and commercial quotation within due date given by customer. Hand over of clean Purchase Orders to Order and Project Management Teams.
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Registering all enquiries into quote log
- Ensure acknowledgement is given to sales/customer with a planned quote submission date (within 24 hours)
- Submit accurate quote as per planned quote submission date (On time Performance)
- Update MIS reports related to bid management and related analysis
- Review and hand over clean Purchase Orders to Order and Project Management Teams
You should have strong interpersonal negotiation and influencing skills. Customer focused. Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally. Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities. Commercial and financial competence with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business loss.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering with 3 - 8 years Industry experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written verbal and social skills.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Valve control valve actuator & controls industrial ETO equipment experience
- Experience from actuator controls & instrumentation industry
