Domiciliary Care Manager Up to 45000 Full Time 37.5 Hours per Week
Our client a well-regarded and values-led home care provider is looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their domiciliary service. What Youll Need
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
- Solid background in domiciliary or home care services
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting others to live independently

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the daily operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered
- Manage and support care staff promoting development and well-being
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
- Conduct care assessments reviews and ensure accurate documentation
- Work closely with families professionals and community stakeholders
- Support recruitment training and supervision of care teams
- Drive service growth while maintaining a strong focus on quality
