Domiciliary Care Manager Up to 45000 Full Time 37.5 Hours per Week

Our client a well-regarded and values-led home care provider is looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their domiciliary service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering compassionate high-quality care to individuals living in their own homes.

What Youll Need

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
  • Solid background in domiciliary or home care services
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting others to live independently

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the daily operations of the domiciliary care service
  • Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered
  • Manage and support care staff promoting development and well-being
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
  • Conduct care assessments reviews and ensure accurate documentation
  • Work closely with families professionals and community stakeholders
  • Support recruitment training and supervision of care teams
  • Drive service growth while maintaining a strong focus on quality
