Job Description
Location:Wangen b. Dbendorf
When:01.09.2025 or upon availability
Your mission:
Act as a Simulator Pilot during Air Traffic simulations to provide to our Air Traffic Controllers the most realistic trainings for their training event.
Your tasks:
- Working as a Simulator Pilot in ATC simulations
- Controlling aircrafts and executing ICAO radiotelephony (RT) ENG/DE
- Simulating adjacent ATC Centres including coordination tasks
- Operating life systems in simulation
- Occasionally you take over other specific functions (RDP Trainer and Observer Pilot)
What we are looking for:
- Proficient in executing IFR pilot phraseology (ICAO Level 4) in English
- Affinity in operating computers and other technical equipment (e.g. radio telephone etc)
- Real flight experience or flight simulator experience is an asset
- Flexibility to cope with seasonally fluctuating demand and different daily working assignments/hours
- Social & self awareness: You manage emotions effectively staying composed under stress and avoiding impulsive reactions
- Motivation: You foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere acknowledging both the efforts and progress of others
