As aSr. Instructional Design Associate II supporting our customer team you will design and facilitate learning to help onboard and sustain the training needs of our Contact Center team members.

Location: Hybrid downtown Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Contact Center partners such as team leaders supervisors quality assurance partners and fellow training counterparts to understand and prioritize learning needs.
• Design develop and facilitate learning programs (both classroom and virtual) for new hire onboarding and continuous employee development.
• Create learning assets and resources that provide just in time support to team members.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments feedback and performance metrics.
• Regularly review and update learning content to reflect changes in policy process or technology.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to share the impact of learning programs on both learners and the department.
• Storm roles as appropriate to the role and skillset.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Organizational Development Human Resources Communication or a related field required.
• Proven experience of four or more (4) years in learning and development required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Word required.
• Experience in learning platforms such as Articulate Rise Articulate Storyline preferred.
• Experience using the Adobe Creative Clous is a plus.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
