With Direct Reporting to the Manulife Group Level CIO and matrix reporting to CEO of John Hancock Financial this role leads technology delivery for the John Hancock Life Insurance Variable Benefits and Annuities businesses. The leader will be an integral member of the John Hancock leadership team and accelerate the transformation to a digital leading customer-obsessed organization through the deployment of technology capabilities that help drive competitive differentiation for our franchise. The role will also sit as a critical member of our Global Technology team and deliver on our differentiated technology value proposition internally and externally.

Salary range is expected to be between
$211600.00 USD - $393500.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
