Job Description - Manager SAP OpenText VIM
**Job Title: OpenText VIM Manager
**Location: Hyderabad
**Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
As an OpenText VIM Manager you will lead the implementation and optimization of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management solutions within SAP environments. Your role will encompass strategic planning team leadership and ensuring seamless integration of VIM processes to enhance accounts payable operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of OpenText VIM solutions aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project milestones.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in invoice processing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance IT and procurement to ensure VIM solutions meet business needs.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure that VIM processes adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics to monitor system performance making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in SAP environments with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing OpenText VIM implementations.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA OpenText VIM configurations and integration points.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Certifications: SAP or OpenText certifications related to Vendor Invoice Management are advantageous.
Preferred Skills
Experience with OCR technologies and their integration within VIM.
Familiarity with compliance standards and audit requirements related to invoice management.
Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making processes.
