The Opportunity



Were on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager to join the team at Iris London.


Its a great time to get stuck in youll be working across a mix of exciting clients and campaigns with plenty of variety and room to grow.


Were looking for someone smart proactive and genuinely passionate about delivering great work. If that sounds like you lets talk.


Your role



As a Senior Account Manager youll be at the heart of delivering integrated campaigns across multiple sectors and audiences..

Your day-to-day will involve:


  • Client leadership: serve as the primary point of contact for clients building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
  • Campaign delivery: oversee the execution of integrated campaigns across print digital social and ATL channels ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Team collaboration: work closely with internal teams including strategy creative and production to deliver high-quality work on time and in budget.
  • Operational excellence: manage project timelines budgets and resources ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Upward Management: Build trust through clear communication good judgment and proactive upward management.


Your clients



Youll work across a varied mix of ambitious high-profile brands each with its own challenges pace and potential..

Your clients include:

  • AllianzGI: A global asset management company. Overseeing B2B campaigns across various channels.
  • Delta: A major US airline. Manage ATL communications collaborating with teams in the US to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Motorway: A new automotive tech business. Work closely with the client to deliver TTL communications and social strategies targeting a dealer audience.
  • Bayer: A large pharma company in the menopause space. Working across campaigns social and a little bit of science for both doctors and women.
  • Convatec: A healthcare company improving chronic care. We cover business and brand strategy product campaigns patient videos and more.
  • Other: Opportunity to work on additional clients as the team grows.

  • Commercially Savvy: Experienced in managing projects day-to-day and identifying new opportunities.
  • Adaptable: Able to thrive in an agile environment and stay cool under pressure
