Principales responsabilits

  • Vrifier les dtails spcifiques au projet en utilisant diverses sources de donnes et identifier les clients potentiels.
  • Prendre des mesures proactives pour atteindre les clients potentiels par le biais dappels froid et de courriels.
  • Aider au dveloppement dun plan de march pour les clients locaux et mettre jour les mtriques des rapports de vente mensuels.
  • Soutenir la cration dopportunits pour les clients locaux.
  • Effectuer des recherches pour se tenir inform des tendances du march des nouveaux projets et des marchs mergents.
  • Exprience de lutilisation de plateformes CRM pour suivre les interactions avec les clients et grer les pipelines.
  • Filtrer et distribuer les leads aux Branch Managers et Sales Reps respectifs.
  • Utiliser de manire proactive les bases de donnes disponibles pour mener des recherches sur les projets et les clients.
  • Solides capacits de rsolution de problmes pour rpondre aux besoins des clients et fournir des solutions sur mesure.


Qualifications

  • Diplme de 4 ans dans une discipline technique ou commerciale de prfrence ou 2 4 ans dexprience professionnelle dans la vente en lieu et place dun diplme professionnel.
  • Intrt marqu pour lanalyse du march et curiosit pour les tendances et la dynamique du secteur.
  • Capacit travailler de manire indpendante tout en collaborant sous la supervision de lquipe de direction des ventes.
  • Volont dapprendre les stratgies de dveloppement commercial et de contribuer leur mise en uvre.
  • Matrise intermdiaire des outils MS Office notamment Excel Word et PowerPoint.
  • Vous devez tre laise avec la prospection et le contact avec les clients afin dattirer de nouveaux clients et dencourager un engagement efficace de la part des clients.
  • Solides capacits danalyse et de rsolution de problmes.
  • La matrise du franais et de langlais loral comme lcrit est requise.
  • Excellentes aptitudes la communication orale et crite et aux relations interpersonnelles.
  • Solides comptences en matire dcoute et de prsentation.
  • Capacit grer des priorits multiples dans un environnement en constante volution.
  • Esprit de collaboration et capacit travailler efficacement en quipe.
  • Capacit effectuer plusieurs tches la fois tablir des priorits et grer son temps de manire efficace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify project-specific details utilizing diverse data sources and identify potential customers.
  • Take proactive measures to reach potential clients through cold calling and emails.
  • Assist in developing a market plan for local customers and update monthly sales report metrics.
  • Support lead-to-opportunity creation for local customers.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about market trends new projects and emerging markets.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to track customer interactions and manage pipelines.
  • Filter and distribute leads to respective Branch Managers and Sales Reps.
  • Proactively utilize available databases to conduct project and customer research.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in a technical or business-related discipline is preferred or 2-4 year professional sales experience in lieu of professional degree.
  • Keen interest in market analysis with a curiosity for understanding industry trends and dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating under the supervision of Sales Leadership Team.
  • Eagerness to learn about business development strategies and contribute to their implementation.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must be comfortable with prospecting and conducting customer outreach to engage new customers and encourage effective client engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both verbal and written) is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.
