What youll be doing
As the Director HR AI Enablement youll be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for AI applications across the human resources function. Youll focus on guiding various HR partners through AI opportunities developing use cases and being part of the delivery team for AI applications. Youll work in close collaboration with technology teams and partners across the HR function to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of AI products and solutions. This role reports to the Sr Director People Data Analytics and AI and is part of a broader data and technology enabled team who deliver HR Shared Services for the enterprise.

How youll succeed
Define and execute our AI strategy - Define and execute the AI strategy for Human Resources ensuring alignment with our focus on enhancing employee experiences while streamlining processes
Collaborate with the Enterprise Advanced Analytics and AI team: Ensure cohesive delivery of AI solutions that are internally developed serving as a key stakeholder and conduit to technology teams for partners across the HR function.
Develop and prioritize AI use cases - Tailor AI use cases to meet strategic human resources objectives ensuring they meet business needs and drive value.
Understand HR data and objectives Develop an in-depth understanding of HR data and processes ensuring that AI solutions developed account for unique nuances and specific business requirements
Ensure compliance - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in the development and deployment of AI solutions.
Provide thought leadership and guidance - Provide thought leadership and guidance on AI trends best practices and emerging technologies to business units and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Encourage the exploration of new AI technologies and methodologies to drive business growth.
Who you are
Strong understanding of AI technologies You have a strong understanding of AI technologies and their application within the financial services industry.
Proven experience in a project environment You have the ability to lead projects from conception to launch.
Excellent communication and leadership skills You have the ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset You are focused on delivering high-quality products that meet client needs.
