About the role
As the Coordinator Executive Services you will be responsible for coordinating the administration and shared services for executive and senior leadership team by managing a team of executive assistants and providing coronation of shared administrative and College governance functions. You will also
provide advice and support to the Director Governance & Strategic Initiatives to ensure effective
management of College governance and engagement and to support strategic and operational projects.
Through an understanding of College operations and governance the Coordinator Executive Services
will enable the executive and senior team members to maintain focus on strategic and tactical matters
by developing and maintaining effective and consistent administrative processes and supports across
the College. You will work collaboratively with the relevant internal and external stakeholders of the College to oversee outstanding services and effective contributions to shared initiatives. Additionally you must promote and sustain a service-oriented culture throughout the entire college by addressing a variety of inquiries with a solution-focused approach.
To be successful in this position you will have:
Demonstrated a high level of organisation and time management skills ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet conflicting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to lead the work of others and encourage a supportive environment.
Proven initiative and problem-solving skills ability to resolve complex issues and take action without specific direction where appropriate.
Demonstrated high level of computer literacy MS-Office software packages email internet and correspondence management databases and a demonstrated ability to adapt to new IT environments.
Highly developed interpersonal verbal and written communication skills; ability to be professional tactful discrete and courteous at all times including the ability to respond appropriately to sensitive information and situations with the ability to work co-operatively as a member of a team to achieve group goals.
Experience or demonstrated ability to coordinate executive support and governance activities
Excellent planning and organisational skills with the proven ability to produce high quality work output that demonstrates attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Demonstrated project management experience including the ability to initiate coordinate and deliver projects through effective planning resource allocation communication negotiation and stakeholder management and conduct post-project evaluation and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve objectives operating within a complex organisational environment
