Whats the role

Were looking for an Executive Manager Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) to oversee procurement governance and project delivery within the Mortgages Line of Business (LOB). This role is pivotal in optimising LMI processes driving automation and efficiency in mortgage operations and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.

Youll be responsible for managing the day-to-day interactions with LMI partners leading negotiations maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring all engagements are underpinned by a robust compliance framework. A key part of your mandate will be to mitigate risk influence strategy and ensure seamless integration between internal teams and external providers to support sustainable growth enhance customer outcomes and contribute to overall profitability.

What do I need

  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills to manage high-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in LMI product management data analysis or general insurance to drive business improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of CPS230 and consumer lending policies for compliance and risk management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in risk modelling and policy development.
  • Knowledge of Mortgages pricing and regulatory capital requirements within the banking sector.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Tableau Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) to effectively engage stakeholders.
