Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Audiologist for a part-time 2-day-a-week position to perform comprehensive hearing tests. This is a fee-for-service 1099/per-unit opportunity. Availability on Monday Thursday or Friday is required.

The Audiologist will conduct audiological evaluations proficiently analyze data and prepare reports used in the evaluation of Social Security disability benefit applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Medical Evaluations: Perform in-depth audiological assessments including gathering audiometry tympanometry and hearing aid evaluations of applicants.
  • Diagnostic Interpretation: Analyze and interpret diagnostic tests and medical data.
  • Report Writing: Create a comprehensive medical report including accurate and complete descriptions of the applicants condition(s).
  • Data Submission: Utilize our user-friendly report generation platform to submit your report quickly and easily.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent degree.
  • Valid state audiology licensure and ASHA certification.
  • Proficiency in audiometric testing and evaluation.
  • Experience in a medical office setting or private practice is preferred.
