Job Description

iQuasar LLC (pronounced as i-kwey-zahr) a Northern Virginia-based Technology Company specializing in Information Technology and Telecommunications Consulting Staffing and Software Development and Implementation services.
We have a position open for a Technical Recruiter for a 1-month contract Remote. If you are looking to work in a challenging and quality-focused environment iQuasar is the place for you.
Job Description
  • Identify and place top talent for our open positions utilizing our applicant tracking system (ATS) and your creative candidate sourcing/networking techniques.
  • Present job opportunities to short-listed candidates persuasively and conduct a basic skill testing interview to qualify the candidates and match them to job orders.
  • Proactively create a top-class resource pipeline to meet both the current and future requirements of our clients.
  • Advise and coach candidates with job transition salary and other related information.
  • Negotiate terms of employment/contract with candidates and take leadership in the onboarding process.
  • Manage the sourcing team and take ownership of their deliverables.
  • Responsible for running various sourcing campaigns with the help of the sourcing team.
  • Understand current and emerging sourcing trends and help fine-tune companies sourcing strategies.
  • Identify and participate in local career fairs and professional association meetings to recruit and help us build branding for our services.
  • Document your activities diligently in our applicant tracking system.
  • Maintain periodic contact with placed candidates and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Should be able to quantitatively define individual and team deliverables on a daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly basis.
Qualifications
  • A desire for a career in recruiting with a good basic understanding of various skills in IT.
  • Self-starter focused attention to detail strong work ethic positive attitude and committed to exceeding the expectations set.
  • A passion to learn both current and emerging technologies.
  • Must be a team player highly motivated and ready to work in a position that offers unlimited income potential.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Polished and professional demeanor with effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person (sense of humor a plus!).
  • An expert networker who is outgoing and fearless and savvy in Social Media Recruitment- LinkedIn Facebook Twitter etc.
  • Competitive spirit refuses to lose when you get knocked down.
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline. (Bachelors is a huge plus but not required)
Additional Information:
  • All the relevant training in recruitment processes and tools will be provided.
