As a Senior Product Manager for Last Mile Delivery you will be at the forefront of our product vision strategy and roadmaps for our Trust & Safety teams internal tools and capabilities.
In this role you will
-Define develop and enhance products: You will manage product roadmaps create requirement documents align business and technical needs analyze customer and product data transform customer insights into actionable initiatives determine rollout strategies and manage risks.
-Strategy and Vision: Identify strategies and a vision for your products using domain expertise industry best practices market opportunities and business cases.
-Test and Learn: Define A/B tests with analytics partners measure success suggest improvements iterate on products and features and communicate results effectively using data and UX narratives.
-Collaboration: Build cooperative relationships with key partners by aligning priorities with business goals communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps and securing executive leadership approval.
-Direction: Provide overall direction for your products by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.
