Cartas fund administration platform supports nearly 7000 funds and SPVs representing $150B in assets under administration in venture capital and private equity. Trusted by more than 40000 companies Carta also helps private businesses in over 160 countries manage their cap tables valuations taxes equity programs compensation and more.
Together Carta is creating the end-to-end ERP platform for private markets. Traditional ERP solutions dont work for Private Funds. Private capital markets need a comprehensive software solution to replace outdated spreadsheets and fragmented service providers. Cartas software for the Office of the Fund CFO does just that - its a new category of software to make private markets look more like public markets - a connected ERP for private capital.

The Team Youll Work With
Carta is looking for an Implementations Project Manager to join the Enterprise team. We are open to candidates in both Salt Lake City and Rio.
The Problems Youll Solve
As an Implementations Manager you will become an equity expert. Youll use your knowledge to inspire long-term client loyalty by consulting clients through the implementation process. This role is a fit for people that are hungry to learn and who can think creatively to find software solutions to both equity and user problems. Successful Implementations Managers embrace change and constantly seek ways to better their process and their team.
- Support new clients and their law firms in on-boarding them onto Carta i.e. implementation of clients capitalization table and securities on Carta
- Manage large and complex datasets with high attention to detail
- Coordinate and manage inputs needed from both the clients and their law firms
- Maintain the quality of clients data throughout the on-boarding process
- Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the on-boarding process
- Work closely with product and engineering to improve the on-boarding experience for customers
About You
- Proven success in a software implementations or customer onboarding role with large enterprise clients
- Microsoft Excel Wizard; fluent in index matching VLOOKUPS & manipulating hundreds of lines of data
- Knowledge of finance and accounting
- Knowledge of equity and capitalization
- You are flexible adaptive and resilient
- Great people skills high degree of empathy and an ability to communicate information in a timely appropriate manner to all relevant stakeholders
- Ability to work as a team across multiple functional teams
- Ability to deal with uncertainties and ambiguous situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality as required by customers
- Ambitious proactive self-starter competitive and resourceful
