Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join a Rehabilitation Facility in Pittsburg CA. This per-diem role involves evaluating patients developing individualized treatment plans and helping individuals regain independence in daily activities through therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure/Certifications: Active CA Occupational Therapist (OT) license. Current BLS certification.
- Experience: 1 year of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in assessments treatment planning adaptive equipment and EMR documentation.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication empathy and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess patients physical cognitive and emotional abilities.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs (activities of daily living).
- Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility strength and coordination.
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PTs SLPs physicians) to optimize care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards.
