Overseeing compliance management and operations including client onboarding vendor risk investigations and training for this professional services firms London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise junior compliance staff
- Execute efficient and effective client onboarding
- Provide advice on compliance and regulatory issues
- Support internal compliance investigations
- Deliver internal training to promote compliance awareness
- Vendor risk management including onboarding of new suppliers
- Stay informed on regulatory changes assess business impact update policies
- Implement compliance process system and control enhancements
- Lead or support compliance-related projects.
Profile:
- 4-8 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years working in a professional services (audit legal) firms internal compliance function.
- Experience in AML/CTF regulations CDD KYC and onboarding conflicts of interests checks.
- Knowledge of risks affecting professional services firms such as vendor risk data privacy/protection
- Experience with databases/portals such as World-Check and Factiva.
- First class presentation suited to a professional services firm environment.
