Sole Charge LIVE-IN Nanny/PA Richmond TW9
Location: Richmond TW9
Salary: 50000 - 54000 gross per annum
Accommodation: Own private double room with en-suite
Start Date: Mid August
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am 7:30pm (with babysitting on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 10:30pm)
Please note: Due to the nature of the parents roles hours are fixed and non-negotiable
We are recruiting on behalf of a warm and professional family in Richmond who are seeking a capable kind and proactive Live-In Nanny/PA to provide long-term support for their two children: a 12-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl.
This is a sole charge role ideally suited to an experienced nanny who enjoys working with older children and thrives in a varied position with both childcare and PA responsibilities.
About the Role:
Primary focus will be on the 12-year-old boy while the 15-year-old is very independent
School drop-offs/pick-ups and transport to after-school activities holiday camps and playdates
Support with homework structure around screen time and encouraging social interaction and independence
Act as a reliable and consistent adult figure while parents are at work
Ensure a smooth and calm household where the children feel supported and secure
PA Responsibilities (during school hours):
Managing tradespeople and household errands
Planning school holiday activities and organising travel
Online and in-store shopping returns and deliveries
Booking car servicing and MOTs
Household admin and diary organisation
Preparing a simple nutritious evening meal for the family
Driving:
A confident driver is essential. A family car is provided and available for both work and personal use (when not needed by the family).
The Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience caring for school-age/teenage children
Highly organised proactive and practical
Warm upbeat and confident a natural role model
Enjoys both the nurturing elements of nannying and the structure of PA tasks
Reliable professional and committed to a long-term role
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid Certificate
Excellent references
