Location: Birmingham in line with our Agile Working Policy. You will need to be able to work from our Birmingham office 2 days per week/office to be attended as often as business needs require.

What we need...
Due to a period of sustained growth we are looking to recruit a Scrum Master to join our Solutions Team.
Reporting to the Head of Delivery you will be working with multiple Scrum teams and alongside Product Owners to motivate and engage the teams ensuring they are focussed on value-based outcome and achieving their sprint goals.
The successful candidate is expected to be a skilled facilitator that is passionate about helping people to thrive and achieve their potential. As a Scrum Master youll be responsible for guiding coaching and mentoring diverse agile development teams across multiple solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with demonstrable evidence of strong leadership communication and influencing skills within cross-functional Scrum teams.
They will have experience in building and maintaining high performing software teams and a proven track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment.
They will have a clear alignment to the Agile values and principles and be a highly motivational individual who can get the best out of people.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience of agile and Scrum development methodologies and frameworks.
Previous knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps and Miro is desirable.
